The implementation of CRM Dynamics, customized for our environment placed WIB in a totally different market of client service. We now have a one stop portal where we can engage with our client an log all client interaction be it via tasks, e-mail, notes and or appointments. Everyone is up to date with the status of the client interaction. We also manage all our client instructions, renewals and claims in CRM Dynamics as well as all client enquires.  We are also able to see our client value through colour coding and all clients are assigned to a Broker Consultant. I cannot see our operations without a CRM system.
